I have been a homeowner at Jensen’s River Pines for three years, during which time I have been concerned regarding Nashua’s Four Hills Landfill. It is my understanding the city is now moving forward with plans to move garbage closer to my home, instead of following the guidelines that were established long ago not to exceed 500 feet from homes in the community.
The difficulties I have are as follows: heavy equipment noise levels; wildlife invasion, such as rodents moving onto my property; and trash contaminating my land for which I pay taxes to the city of Nashua.
I do not feel I should have to live under the conditions I have listed. The value of my home will decrease if the city follows the new suggested plan of moving garbage closer to my home. Please consider information I have listed. It is extremely important.
In moving forward, other avenues need to be explored before such a beautiful community as Jensen’s River Pines becomes contaminated by poor judgment by city officials.
Karl Rove and Lewis Libby are under the gun on exposing a secret agent, U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay is under indictment by the grand jury, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is being investigated for insider trading, Vice President Dick Cheney is the boss of Libby so he’s in the hot seat, our young men are dying every day in Iraq for what?
