There will be a roast beef dinner from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Bloomfield United Methodist Church, 5930 Indianola Ave. in Des Moines. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children 5-12 at the door.

There will be a chicken noodle dinner from noon to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Highland Park Lutheran Church, 147 E. Euclid Ave. in Des Moines. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children 10 and younger.

There will be a harvest dinner from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Miller United Methodist Church, 3016 E. 13th St. in Des Moines. Baked ham with trimmings, dessert and a drink will be served. The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children younger than 12.

There will be a harvest home dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Ankeny United Church of Christ, 602 S.E. Delaware Ave. in Ankeny. The menu will include baked steak and desserts. The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children 3-12. Carryout meals will be available.
